This technique allows the joints and discs to "unload" thru the decompression and inversion positions. A patient first starts out with the table in a neutral position and than decompression is applied by the footpiece tractioning the spine and body. There are many different tables that perform spinal decompression and the cost of those tables can be extremely expensive. When an office has one of the expensive tables they often charge between $3000 and $5000 for treatment on their table. Because my decompression/inversion table is not one of those extremely expensive tables I do not charge any extra fees for the decompression/inversion treatments.
